Iris Stark

CPA, Founder and Managing Partner

Iris holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in economics from Bar Ilan University.

A former president of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Israel, Iris is a member of the Central Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Iris holds unique certification in the quality assurance of internal auditors’ internal audit system from the International Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

She has more than 35 years of experience in company auditing, internal auditing and accounting, auditing of corporations and non-profit organizations, company and individual taxation, approved manufacturing enterprises and the government sector, along with expertise in economic and strategic consulting for business and public sector clients.

Iris serves on the boards of several public and market-leading companies in Israel.

She is on the Justice Ministry’s list of corporate trustees and operators and on the national database of office holders who act in the courts in the insolvency proceedings of associations, public benefit companies and Ottoman associations.

Iris is a lecturer in various institutions including Tel Aviv University, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Israel Bar Association.

She appears on leading TV shows as an economic commentator.

Iris has served variously as Executive Chair of the board of directors of the Ashdod Port Company, a director of Bank Massad, a director and member of the Audit and Finance Committee of Israel Electric Corporation, a director of Bezeq, a director of First International Bank, and more.

Moshe Stark

CPA, Founder and Managing Partner

Moshe holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics and a master’s degree in law, both from Bar Ilan University.

Moshe has over 35 years of experience in corporate auditing and Israeli and international taxation, municipal council accounting, regional comptroller of various municipalities as appointed by the Ministry of Interior, as well as specific expertise in government and local authority auditing.

Moshe has a vast array of experience in all aspects of individual taxation, corporate auditing, the Israel Tax Authority systems, representation before the various tax authorities, declarations of capital, providing expert professional opinions to the court, management of bookkeeping systems at the highest level, including payroll management and its accounting aspects.

Einat Duenias

CPA, Partner

Einat holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, from the College of Management Academic Studies.

She has over 25 years of experience in auditing those issues unique to industry-specific accounting, including real estate for investment purposes, investment entities, industry, retail, high-tech, start-ups, non-profit organizations, and the government sector.

Einat has vast experience in taxation, both Israeli and international, and in providing accounting services to Israeli and multinational corporations, consulting and internal audit services to companies and commercial entities, government ministries, and more.

Einat’s extensive experience also encompasses all matters relating to the interpretation and application of all applicable rules under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Israeli GAAP) and international (IFRS) accounting standards.

Yoel Stark

CPA, Advocate, Tax Partner

Yoel holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and law from Tel Aviv University.

He has extensive experience in Israeli and international tax issues, VAT and real estate taxation, capital market taxation, tax planning and trusts, and in guiding and advising Israeli and international corporations.

Yoel’s experience also extends to writing legal opinions, obtaining pre-rulings from the Tax Authority, voluntary disclosure, relocation, mergers and acquisitions, and issues pertaining to the Law for Encouragement of Capital Investments and to the Innovation Authority.
